1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (images/video).

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for defective or incorrect items (subject to availability).

5. Shipping Charges

  • In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover delivery charges
  • Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
